Cats simply aren’t used to leaving home—and we understand how stressful vet visits can be. That’s why we’ve created Cat Happy Hour, a special time just for our feline friends.

 

During these appointments, our hospital is quieter, dogs are not scheduled, and the lights are kept low to reduce stimulation. Each exam room is pre-treated with feline facial pheromones to promote a sense of safety and relaxation. Each patient is welcomed with their own designated mat and towel to reduce unfamiliar smells and support comfort during handling. We use hushed voices and gentle handling to create as relaxing and Fear Free an experience as possible.
