Medication Return Policy

For the safety of all pets, once a prescription medication has been dispensed from our hospital or shipped from our pharmacy, it cannot be returned.

Federal and state regulations prevent the restocking or resale of any medication that has left pharmacy control.​ These safeguards—established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy—are designed to maintain product integrity, ensure quality, and protect the health of every patient we serve.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our online pharmacy directly through your account portal or by email. Their licensed pharmacy team will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or credit in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
