Yes. We understand that pets don't always become sick or injured when it's convenient. Whenever our schedule allows, we make every effort to accommodate same-day medical appointments for urgent illnesses and injuries whether you are a current Aardvark client or new to us. We are not a walk-in clinic. Aardvark Animal Hospital is an appointment-based practice. This allows our team to dedicate the appropriate time and attention to every patient while reducing wait times and creating a calmer, less stressful experience. If your pet needs same-day medical care, please contact us as early as possible via phone, text or send us a message through the Pet Desk. Our team includes Fear Free Certified professionals who use gentle handling techniques and positive experiences to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress during veterinary visits.We create a more comfortable environment through thoughtful scheduling, non-slip surfaces, calming techniques, individualized care and a private entrance when necessary.
